Who are we ?
Roberto’s Dough specializes in crafting traditional Neapolitan pizza, with six years dedicated to perfecting our recipes and techniques.
We have a regular takeaway pop up spot in Barford, along with several markets around Warwickshire
We also provide event bookings, letting you and your guests enjoy fresh, authentic pizzas at any celebration.
What is Neapolitan pizza ?
Neapolitan pizza originates from Naples in Italy
The dough is made from only four ingredients... flour, water, yeast and salt
The base is thin and the crust is puffed up and crunchy
The toppings are always as fresh as possible and perfectly balanced for not only taste but also appearance
We proof our dough for at least 24 hours before use, which improves flavour and digestibility and its hand stretched and topped to order, then cooked in just over a minute at a temperature of 450 degrees

every one of our pizzas is made to order using a traditional Neapolitan method
we make our dough 24 hours before use to help develop flavour and a light airy crust
after topping, the pizza is then cooked in our Gozney oven at 450 degrees
we have a regular pop up spot in Barford, not far from where we originally started making pizza 6 years ago
